Reception
“Carl’s mum (who passed away in 2007) wrote him a letter to be read on his wedding day, I never got to meet her, it was read during the speeches and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. It was a lovely heartfelt moment. “We had a photobooth set up next to the dance floor, which doubled as a guest book. “Our wedding dance was extremely fast! It was Rudimental’s ‘Feel the Love’.”
Decorations
“All handmade by me, a lot of laser cut paper discs were sewn together to make beautiful garlands. The centerpieces featured an amazing mix of the same flowers from our bouquets. The fragrance in the room was amazing! Our table numbers were us at the respective ages. Cute feedback!”
Favours
“Soft pink vanilla cupcakes, because who doesn’t like a cupcake at midnight.”
Wedding cake
“A $40 pavlova from The Cheesecake Shop – it’s our absolute favourite cake and we couldn’t have anything else!”
