Mother dresses that work with the bridesmaids.

09 Before you order

Frequently asked.

How far in advance should I order?

Lead times run 8–14 weeks depending on the designer. For weddings inside that window, check the Sale rack or pick from dresses marked ready-to-ship — those dispatch within a week.

Can I return it if it doesn't work?

Yes. Returns are accepted up to 365 days from delivery, provided the dress comes back in its original condition — unworn, unaltered, with tags attached. Full details on the returns page.

What does shipping cost?

Free Australia-wide on orders over $100. Under that, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout.

I'm shopping for the Mother of the Groom — do you cover both?

Yes. Every dress is sized and styled for both Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom shoppers, with coordinated-not-matching colour guidance so MOG can dress a half-step softer than the MOB palette without needing to know the exact dress the MOB has chosen.

How do I pick a colour when I haven't seen it in person?

Order a swatch through the swatches page — satin, crepe, and jacquard each read differently under venue light, so seeing the fabric in your own room makes the colour decision a lot easier than picking from a screenshot.

What if I need arm coverage?

Every designer we stock carries three-quarter and long-sleeve options. Filter by "with sleeves" in the dresses category, or add a jacket or shawl from the cover-ups range — some mothers pair a sleeveless gown with a shawl so the ceremony and reception look differently.
