Lead times run 8–14 weeks depending on the designer. For weddings inside that window, check the Sale rack or pick from dresses marked ready-to-ship — those dispatch within a week.

Eligible ready-to-ship dresses can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags attached. Made-to-order, sale and sample-sale dresses are final sale unless faulty. Full details are on the returns page.

Yes. Every dress is sized and styled for both Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom shoppers, with coordinated-not-matching colour guidance so MOG can dress a half-step softer than the MOB palette without needing to know the exact dress the MOB has chosen.

Order a swatch through the swatches page — satin, crepe, and jacquard each read differently under venue light, so seeing the fabric in your own room makes the colour decision a lot easier than picking from a screenshot.

Every designer we stock carries three-quarter and long-sleeve options. Filter by "with sleeves" in the dresses category, or add a jacket or shawl from the cover-ups range — some mothers pair a sleeveless gown with a shawl so the ceremony and reception look differently.
