IN STOCK ITEMS

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) from Brisbane. After dispatch, standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days and express at 2–4 business days. Check the product page for any production or sample-queue waiting time.

All our ‘in stock’ items are in standard Australian sizes. You can take a look at the size charts here, and please contact us with any questions you may have. If you fall in between 2 sizes, we generally recommend going for the larger size to allow room for alterations. Alternations are not included.

If you are part of a larger bridal party and are ordering your dress separately, please make a note of this in the ‘notes’ section of your order so that we can make sure all the dresses come from the same dye lot.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Made-to-order dresses are produced after your order is placed. The lead time varies by designer and product; check the production window on the product page and allow additional time for delivery and alterations.

Rush availability depends on the designer, style, size and colour. Contact us with your event date before ordering so we can confirm the options for your selected dress.

SIZING / HOW TO MEASURE

Always take the time to check your measurements against the relevant designer’s size chart before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size to leave room for adjustments to be made.

If your dress is “made to order”, and you would like some help with sizing, please add your bust, waist and hip measurements in the ‘notes’ section on your order. Our stylist team will review your measurements before placing your order to make sure the right size is chosen. We might contact you via email to confirm the size we feel would be the best fit, or if we have any questions regarding the measurements.

In order to check what size dress you need, we recommend taking your bust, waist and hip measurements. Here’s how:

BUST: Place the tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of your bust.
WAIST: Find the natural waistline by bending sideways to show where your body naturally creases and measure around that section.
HIPS: Keep your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

If your measurements are coming up in between sizes, we recommend choosing the next size up to allow for alterations to be made. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us, we’re always happy to help!

We can send out sample dresses for you to try on.

The dresses can be on loan for trying for up to 7 days for $25 each.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Made-to-order dresses are final sale — we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, and incorrect size selection is not eligible for refund or exchange. In-stock, ready-to-ship dresses can be returned for change of mind within 30 days of delivery if unworn, with tags attached and in original condition. Return postage is paid by the customer, and we refund your original payment method once we receive and check the dress.

All ‘sample sale’ items are final.

Our ‘made to order’ items are made specifically for each order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these dresses. However, we will make sure to work with you to ensure the best fit. Alterations are not included in the cost of your purchase.

If your dress arrives faulty or damaged, please email us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos — we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.

If we’ve arranged a return for a faulty item, please include your name in the parcel and express post back to:

Each dress is checked for quality control before it is shipped. If however, the dress arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will get working on resolving the problem right away.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) from Brisbane. If you need your item urgently, choose Express shipping at checkout (2–4 business days in transit after dispatch; delivery dates can’t be guaranteed). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

For our ‘made to order’ items, the production time is shown on each dress’s page (it depends on the designer), and we recommend ordering at least 20 weeks before your wedding date. This allows plenty of time for making, shipping and preparing the dresses in time for the big day! Some designers offer rush production for a fee, so please contact us before ordering if your wedding is coming up sooner and we’ll check what’s possible.

If you live in Australia and your order is $199 or more — express shipping is free! Under $199, standard shipping is $14.99 (5–10 business days) and express is $19.99 (2–4 business days). We’re shipping within Australia only at the moment.

All of our dresses are automatically shipped via either registered express post or courier. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on when your purchases will arrive!
