Ready-to-ship dresses
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unworn, unwashed, unaltered dresses with all original tags attached. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once the dress arrives and passes inspection, we issue a refund to your original payment method.
Made-to-order dresses
Most designer gowns — Tania Olsen, Dessy, Adrianna Papell, Jenny Yoo and others — are cut to your measurements once you order. Made-to-order dresses cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, and incorrect size selection is not eligible for refund or exchange.
Please double-check your measurements before placing the order, or book a Try Before You Buy session first. Our team is also happy to help — contact us before you order if you’re unsure about size or style.
Sale and sample items
Sale and sample sale dresses are final sale. No returns, refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
Faulty items
If your dress arrives faulty or damaged, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Australian Consumer Law
These policies are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your dress is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s meant to do, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of our change-of-mind policy.
