Try Before You Buy lets you try sample dresses at home before you order.
- Pick your samples from our Try Before You Buy collection. If we don’t have a sample in the colour you want, email [email protected] and we can send a colour swatch for most ranges.
- Samples are $25 per dress, and we send them free by Express Post within Australia.
- You have 7 days at home from when they arrive.
- You arrange and pay tracked return postage for the samples.
- Your Try Before You Buy spend is credited to your dress order.*
*The credit can’t be used on clearance or discontinued designs, as these are final sale and heavily reduced. More details: Try Before You Buy.
Made-to-order dresses (marked Made to Order on the product page) are final sale: we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, and incorrect size selection is not eligible for refund or exchange. Sale and sample sale dresses are also final sale. In-stock, ready-to-ship dresses can be returned for change of mind within 30 days of delivery if unworn, with tags attached and in original condition; once we receive and check the dress, we refund your original payment method. Return postage is paid by the customer.
If your dress arrives faulty or damaged, please email [email protected] as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Many of our designers make dresses to order, which affects how long it takes to receive your dress(es). The lead time is shown on each product page. In-stock ready-to-ship dresses are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) from Brisbane.
Made-to-order dresses are final sale, so please check your measurements against the size chart before you order, or try samples at home first with Try Before You Buy. In-stock, ready-to-ship dresses can be returned for change of mind within 30 days of delivery (unworn, tags attached, original condition; return postage is paid by the customer).
