The line above ("Ships Within X Weeks") is this gown's production and dispatch window, and it begins the day your payment clears. Allow another 1–3 business days on top for Australia Post to bring it to your door. Have a date you're working towards? Tell us and we'll make sure it's comfortable.
Returns & exchanges
Because each gown is made especially for you, made-to-order pieces are final sale — so we can't usually offer a return or exchange for change of mind. That said, if something isn't quite right when it arrives, please reach out to us anyway — we'll always take a look and do whatever we can to help. To get it perfect the first time, we warmly recommend checking the designer size chart, ordering a swatch, or trying the style at home first with our Try Before You Buy service.
